RED BULL RING - ZELTWEG - STEIERMARK

The Red-Bull Ring - “Zeltweg” - are only a stone throw away from Brucker cottage. This place has a lot to offer for racers and racing teams in search for recreation. Red-Bull Ring is located about 25 minutes by car from both our houses. Events take place almost each and every single weekend. It also offers a fantastic panorama. Its security features are outstanding, among them a long, asphalted slowing down track, as well as a FIA grade 1 homologation. The current course of the racing track corresponds with an earlier 1997 – 2003 formula 1 course. One of its key characteristics are its “stop and go” passages inside of the Castrol Edge- and Remus-curve, which are demanding. What makes this racing course extraordinary is the difference in altitude over the length of the racing track. Length of racing: 4,3 km, seven curves (separable into two independent tracks), Southern course including race bucks 2,4 km, northern course 1,9 km. The racing course is being used for a wide range of racing events, both private and corporate customers.
