In case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to charge 30 % of total. For cancellation up to 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge 75 % of total. In case of canceling less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in case of non-cancellation and non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge 100 % of total. Internet: We offer free WiFi in the Brucker cottage. Parking: There is free parking where you stay. No reservation for parking necessary. Children and additional beds: We particularly welcome children. The rooms in Brucker cottage, however, do not provide sufficient space for additional infant / children beds. Deposit: For group bookings, a deposit of € 150.00 is due. If the rented rooms are returned properly and without damage, the deposit will be reimbursed when the keys are handed over.
